Sunday Worship – Third Sunday before Lent

St. Oswald’s service of Holy Communion starts at 10.00 am. The service will be led by the Canon Michael Ratcliffe who will also preach.

There is a Messy Sermon Group for children during the sermon and a small play area for young children. Afterwards, there will be refreshments for those wanting to stay a while longer.

You are most welcome.

We continue to encourage people to wear a face mask and sit socially distanced during the service. However, this is not essential.

The Sunday afternoon sermon, ‘Being Blessed’ by Archdeacon David Picken will be uploaded to the blog at 2pm.

The Sunday online service starts at 9am (and is available anytime thereafter). This week it is from St. Annes’s Church, Clifton in the Diocese of Manchester. Rev’d Grace Thomas will lead the service on the theme of racial justice.
