At long last a new seat has been installed in our Garden of Remembrance today!
We’re hoping that the new seat will enable to stay awhile and reflect in our Garden of Remembrance where ashes are interred. It was bought in memory of John Smither – a lovely gentleman who was a member of t Oswald’s for several years.
A big thank you to Woodscape – an excellent local firm who supplied and installed the bench. Extra thanks to Edward who worked hard in the rain this morning and was very polite about the Vicar asking him to move the bench until it was in just the right place!
