‘Bring Your Memories’ Event

The ‘Bring Your Memories’ event with Stanhill Heritage Group was well attended. People enjoyed themselves relaxing and chatting about times gone by and local history while David Disley gave demonstrations and a talk on James Hargreaves’s historic Spinning Jenny. Cakes and cups of tea flowed from the kitchen courtesy of the St. Oswald’s Mothers Union! It was a lovely day and a fitting end to the Heritage Open Days and Crossroads 2016 weekend of events. Thanks to all those who made it happen.
