The Weavers Wheel circular cycle path around Blackburn is back under construction in Knuzden and Shadsworth (click here for earlier post). Chatting to one of the workmen, they have two teams on the go, one in the Arran Trail Nature Reserve and the other in the Cabin End wood. These are the very last stretches of the trail to be done.
Also over the last two weeks, the gas board have also been renewing mains to the cottages in the village, so there has been double traffic delay on Bank Lane… but all in a good cause!
