Blackburn Cathedral Flower Festival & Countryside Comes To Town!

On Saturday the Cathedral’s flower festival was a wonder to behold! The exhibits shaped flowers and plants into amazing artistic creations, all inspired by the art and sculpture of the church. The cathedral grounds were also buzzing to the sounds of the Council’s Countryside Comes To Town family festival with music, drama and stalls galore. It is also a chance to see the new Cathedral Court and try out the Cafe Northcote – needless to say we were impressed! There is just one day left to visit, the flower festival ends tomorrow.
