Holiday Club Feb 2017

Oswaldtwistle Library hopes to reopen later this spring
Many people are missing Oswaldtwistle Library since it was closed last year by Lancashire County Council. It was a popular desitination for schools, groups and individual book borrowers. However, a community group, LAMP, are hoping to re-open it as working library in the spring. Article here.
